Aurora Meadows

M.S., R.D.

Aurora Meadows is a Registered Dietitian and passionate advocate of protecting the environment and public health through empowering consumer choice and by expanding access to and affordability of sustainable and healthful food. She works to better understand how our food system and the chemicals and ingredients used--including pesticides, food additives, added sugars, refined oils and antibiotics--affect the health of the environment and public. Prior to working at EWG, Meadows worked at a community health center in Boston, interned at the USDA's Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion where she assisted on research for the 2010 Dietary Guidelines for Americans, helped prepare and promote healthy school meals at D.C. Central Kitchen and worked on cancer research in the Bay Area.
